I'm responsible for spearheading all client development efforts across new and existing relationships throughout the United States for all Barclay Simpson staffing solutions from perm, temp, project-based, and on-site resources. I work very closely with senior executives, strategic leaders, and hiring managers as my responsibility is to constantly look to expand my network of senior professionals and together, figure out how to strategically create long lasting relationships that mutually benefit both parties.

I'm a Strategic Partner in the sense of representing my client in the market from either a candidate or company perspective, providing a main point of contact/resource all throughout Barclay Simpson, and extending networking opportunities with other senior executives and like-minded professionals to share best practices and open new opportunities.
