Job Description

Working for this multinational manufacturing firm, this role has full responsibility for security operations and crisis management strategies across the Indian operation, consisting of a growing industrial footprint country-wide and several thousand employees.   Working with senior country management and the global security team you will produce and update risk and threat assessments to provide early warning of local issues that may affect operations and coordinate delivery of the travel safety/security programme.  You will liaise with national and local law enforcement, military and intelligence entities and support internal investigation processes. You will be the crisis management process owner and key team member of country/business unit crisis management teams.  Candidates should be degree educated and have five to ten years experience in a combination of law enforcement, private sector security, military or related disciplines.  You will have demonstrated experience managing and conducting security operations in-country and managing security agency or consultant led projects. Previous security experience within an industrial/manufacturing environment would be advantageous. Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
